Change Strategist & Co-Founder
Susanne is best known for providing strategic guidance to board governance frameworks, business governance improvements and, smoother communication flow across organisations.Whilst the projects and clients she supports are varied, one thing they all have in common is that they require a positive approach to create forward motion. Susanne brings a sound foundation of understanding the need to balance governance bodies with the differing needs of community through her 15+ years of experience as a Change Strategist.
Ishara Sahama
Human Geographer & Co-Founder
Ishara is a Human Geographer who focuses on systemic change through community engagement, social justice advocacy and, holistic impact measurement.Ishara is passionate about co-designing experiences, programs or systems that leave a positive & lasting impact on communities and the environment. They are skilled at transforming human emotions and socio-cultural motivations into tangible outcomes that can be easily evaluated for its impact. Ishara provides the creative execution to the strategic articulation.
